Critical Dmg Dd2 Unholy Fire Full At LeastCombine this with Battlefield Medicine and the ability to just wipe out bleed/blight on your own party, the Plague Doc can effectively "heal" party members for 10+ damage. You can easily stack up 10 Blight Damage/Turn or even 15 if you land a lucky crit. Blight is incredibly strong because (for the most part) most monsters carry more Bleed resists than they do Blight and the way Prot works now, it's worthwhile to just get stacks rolling. Where as before they were considered by most to be very underpowered (I found them usefull at least) they are now I think one of the strongest hero classes in the game. There's definitely been some major changes so I thought it would be fun / helpful to discuss each hero's strengths and maybe form some sort of tier list.D Tier (IE, how the hell do you use these guys)Plague Doctor: I find myself relying on the Plague Doctor in almost every party scenario these days. I've put about ~10ish hours on the new patch and played about 50 last year. His stun ability is fantastic, especially because it allows him to reposition if your ranks get jumbled and his standard Mace Bash attack is IMO a bit too strong, simply because it can hit the 3rd rank Meaning you can often have him just one shot an enemy backline HP/Stress nuker.Highwayman: The Highwayman seems to have always been strong, able to stand toe to toe on the front line and dish out incredible amounts of damage. His guard ability is fantastic, greatly paired with squishies you need to protect. He does suffer from accuracy problems, but that can be mitigated by trinkets and camp buffs.Man - At - Arms: This hero wasn't available in the closed beta, but man oh man, is he strong. He can heal himself for HP and Stress as well as dish out some pretty nasty damage in the front line. I haven't had many opportunities to use him yet, but he remains high damage, high tank, and high survivability. Resident evil 2 platinum pc iso torrentsIf you build up strong dodge/crit stats on him though, he can dish out a huge amount of damage while maintaining himself on the frontline and his camp buffs make him exceptional at dealing with bosses.Helion: There was a time when Helions were considered the most broken class in the game, and with Devil's Hairpin, they were. He does situationally high damage if you're running a party with extra stuns, but it's just very hard to pull off the stun/execute combo and frankly just isn't worth wasting another hero's entire turn just for a little extra damage. You can also do really nice combos with Duelist's Advance and Point Blank Shot, allowing you to take out a backline and subsequently a front line in the next round.Bounty Hunter: BHs used to be pretty much top tier during the beta, but with nerfs to their stun grenade and stun resists as well as move resists I find him less usable now. That being said because of the unholy damage buff that Smite has, they're certainly worth bringing along when you're going to the Ruins. Whenever I bring them along I feel like they just wail away at the front line fruitlessly where as the MAA can actually hit the important backline targets. That being said, they can dish out an extreme amount of damage on Medium/Long missions where they can get their camp buffs off and they're definitely worth bringing along for the ride against bosses that are 2+ size.Crusader: I used to really love the Crusaders, but I feel like they have been sort of replaced by the Man - At - Arms. Mac high sierra android emulatorUltimately their damage is lackluster without a mark and frankly marking anything other than a boss is just not worth the round, but they fit strongly into boss missions because they can just consistently dish out backline damage.Occultist: I never really liked the Occultists and I still really don't. They can heal (3 - 5 HP might not be a lot, but it can bring people back from the brink), they can nuke the back line or debuff them and even knock the front line out of position with Bola Strike. They are one of the best 'jack-of-all-trades' heroes in the game. I personally only bring Vestals now for boss fights where you are going to spend a long time brawling and Party Comfort allows you to ensure nobody is going to die.Arbalest: Arbalest might actually be C tier in a general sense, but I still value them for their ability to pretty much do everything. With heals being able to crit and the +33% Healing scroll, you can easily dish out 10 - 12 HP a round, keeping your party in fighting form. It wasn't really possible then and it isn't really possible now, however Vestals are still really strong (maybe Tier A, situationally). Stress healing is kinda moot in battles and you really rely on the biscuit for them to do anything worthwhile, but generally you'd want to save that for a bossfight but I don't know why you'd bring them into a boss fight when there are so much better options available. They have OK healing, but it's just them. They do OK damage, but it's not great. I find little reason to take an Occultist over a Plague Doc and that's the spot they'd probably fill in any party.Houndmaster: I want the Houndmaster to be good, I really do, but they just end up being slightly worse at everything than any other hero. ![]()
